Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak

At this time, we would like to inform you of the potential impact on our delivery of services as a result of the Coronavirus (also known as COVID-19) outbreak.


We are continuing to actively monitor and follow Government guidelines (including that of Public Health England and the NHS) and implementing preventative measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff.


Where possible, we are aiming to maintain normal service delivery. When speaking to a member  of our customer service team please inform us if you or any persons at your property have returned from a high risk area as listed on the public health England website in the past 14 days or if you or any persons at your property are currently self- isolating. This will allow us to ensure that we take the appropriate precautions and to ensure both your and our staff’s safety and wellbeing.


We would politely ask that wherever possible you remain at least 2 metres (3 steps) away from our Engineers whilst they are in your property in line with NHS advice. This action will support us in the continuation of the delivery of services at this time.  


We can assure you, that we are making every effort to minimise disruption, but possible and unavoidable delays and interruption to our service delivery may occur over the coming weeks and months. We will do what we can to combat this situation and do our best to keep you informed and will work to ensure normal services resume, as quickly as possible.
